Bulzome is a character mentioned throughout Shining Force III, but he is not seen until Shining Force III Scenario 3: Bulzome Rising.
Shining Force III Scenario 3: Bulzome Rising[]
He is behind the Bulzome Sect that was behind the war between Aspinia and Destonia. He is actually a member of the Vandals, a race from 1000 years ago with great power and was sealed away by the Stones of Light. But over the last 1000 years his followers nullified them with dark powers. Unlike modern vandals he wont die when his energy runs out as he is a true vandal and he recovers after defeat from dark energy, his power source. So Gracia used the Staff of Besem to nullify both his and Bulzome's powers by triggering a collision between the powers of Light and Darkness. Destroying Bulzone once and for all.
Shining Soul[]
In Shining Soul he is one of the 5 Generals of Darkness working for Dark Dragon. He does not pledge his true loyalty to Dark Dragon and wants to rule all creatures. He fires blasts of flame out of himself in all directions that burst after a set distance but they can be avoided by standing between them. He also teleports around and has other attacks suck as firing horizontal lasers and launching 4 shots that home in on the player but can be avoided. After the final blow is struck, he falls claiming to be master and that deities will worship him.
