It is received by defeating a Dragonewt in Shining Force 2 and a Lizardman In Shining Force I. If used as an item, it has the power to cast Blaze. The Heat Axe is best paired with characters like Gort and Lug. It's a devastating tool that can be used to one-shot a lot of enemies.
